Son, if one crosses into the other's universe, the question of home field advantage might pop up. Does the yellow solar radiation in the Marvel U give a Kryptonian power like it does in the DCU? Does the x gene function in the DCU? If we assume the two of them meeting in a universe where both of them have the same functioning powers, Rogue seems like the odds on fave because she'd absorb Super Girl's powers. However, I think that would prove too much for her to handle. Kara Zor El is quite possibly the most powerful being Rogue's ever touched, so she might get overloaded and go into a coma. Sort of a reversal of what happened with Carol Danvers.

Oh no, I think Rogue would win. She's my second favorite (hot southern gal) considering they are evenly matched and similar in abilities, I think Rogues ability to absorb powers/memories gives her the edge.
