Thanks. I think this weekend I'm going to take a tour over at the Revolver brewery. Maybe try out that Ray gun beer.

Patch wrote:I have been looking at getting one of these for a few years. I like the 9mm round. For the better part of my like it was my go to choice for a defensive handgun. I really enjoy shooting the big boy rounds. A Dirty Harry 44 magnum just makes you feel like you are bringing the thunder. 357 are fun, even the 10mm give you a kick that lets you know you are firing a beast. But the 9mm, has just always worked for me.

Last year I once again got a 45. I've had them off and on over the years and just never got the bug that others do for the round. But the one I got changed all of that. It was a HK USP 45 tactical. It is without a doubt the most accurate firearm I have. (at least in my hands) That thing is amazing, intimidating and...it's also huge. Fun for a day at the range, but you wouldn't want to carry it around all day. So I started searching for the compact model.
There were several times I came close to buying, but could never bring myself to squeeze the trigger (puns puns puns)

    This was the reason why.

They haven't made this stainless version in a number of years, except for a recent limited run. They are hard to find and look sexy as hell.

Tomorrow is my birthday, so I am taking my new present to the range and having some fun.

    Well shit.
