Are they...whatever they call it, recognizing it as fraud and you aren't responsible for the balance?

Well I brought in the new years with friends (at a fellow TRer's place). Card games were played (Exploding Kittens, We Didn't Playtest This, and Cards Against Humanity.) Good times. Much fun. And so after spending time with meatspace friends, to all my TRHauntfriends, I wish a very happy, healthy and prosperous new year! Lets all of us win the lotto so we can get together sometime before 2017! (preferably in our flying hellicarrier or evil lair)

I know things aren't equal, but I still don't understand why comic book asses is where we draw the line. I don't see people picketing at Redneck Paradise, where real live women wear skimpier outfits selling beer and burgers. I don't see people being outraged at strip clubs.

I can't get worked up over it. Yes, adolescent males like looking at boobs and booty. Let's boycott.

Yelling about a comic book is a low effort path to getting the rewarding warm and fuzzy feeling that comes from doing something noble or just. Getting out of the house, going to a strip club, waiving signs and irritating burly bikers and trucker who want to unwind and get their jollies, along with getting back lash from women trying to earn a living that have no need of white knights or captain save-a-hoes takes is a high effort method that doesn't often yield the same reward at all.

It will be a challenge. I did take it easy on the cards at Christmas so I wont be carrying in a ton of Christmas debt. I don't make nearly enough to pull this off without work related bonuses, so I'll have to hustle to make it happen.

I got an early start and paid one off yesterday. I'll take the money pay off amounts and just push them to the next lowest total until I have them all paid off. Then take the excess and put back until I have a bulk to refinance the truck. Then just throw all of it lower payment, until it's paid for. I need to pull down almost twice as much in bonuses so I need to keep my projects rolling and growing.

My goal for the new year is the same as the one for last year. I want to still be breathing one year from now.

Only partly kidding. I have always been terrible at goal setting. I have a hard time picturing life as anything other than how I am experiencing it at any given time.

I don't know. Mid winter is a terrible time for me insomuch as I am cranky, irritable and mildly depressed. I'm not even drawing stuff right now. Maybe I'll feel refreshed after this last holiday passes.

Make a resolution to take up a new hobby like gardening or wood carving. Don' go in for the standard self improvement things like exercise or diets. Pick something fun that you'll enjoy fulfilling.
