Poll 11-10-15 Gratitude and Experiences

Comicon with Polk. My cousin's wedding. Jim Gaffigan show. Does getting a new car count? I got a new (to me) car in March, so I no longer experience oil leaks and weird noises when I make a turn.

I was happy to celebrate my first year of marriage. We still get along great. It's nice having someone there for me while I'm there for her.

Work went through a slow spot, that will probably hurt my Christmas Bonus, so I'm happy it has picked back up.

I enjoyed having Polk out for a range day. It was nice seeing him blast stuff and he seemed to enjoy it.

My son has wanted to play football since he was a squirt. It never worked out for him to play pee wee, so it was great seeing him, not only get to play, but also be dominate on his team. It was a proud moment when people I didn't even know were coming up to me and telling me how good he played.

So, the experience I'm most grateful for is the one from valentines day. Being able to go from having a crush, to taking a shot while giving the woman of my desire an easy way to reject my offered heart, and most importantly, not awkwardizing the friendship was a very rewarding moment.

Also, hosting a successful Halloween party was pretty damned nice.
